What do you need to qualify?
A Limited Company
We can only lend to limited companies, not sole traders or partnerships.
Give a personal guarantee
You know your business better than anyone, and we trust you to know you can afford the interest payments (we don’t look at the business), so we ask for the Directors to give a Personal Guarantee.
Some form of security
As it’s our hard-earned cash, or as some of my fellow lenders say, their kids’ inheritance, we ask for security – usually property but we’ll consider anything tangible.
